Once we receive your information, we will send you a new product key to enter on the registration screen which will give you the extra 30 days, Note also after the trial period, ends, you will not lose any of your entered data, you can just buy either a full or a rental license key, that once the new key is entered, the system will continue to work as usual.

Retailman POS Gold Support

Use Gold Support for your peace of mind by allowing us to access your computer system and fix any issues online if the need arises.You will need to install Teamviewer which you can freely download from www.teamviewer.com then provide us with your user ID and Password to allow us to access your system.

Retailman POS Upgrade

Upgrade your Retailman version to the latest. If you have an older Retailman version that is over one year old, then you will need to purchase an upgrade key before you are able to run the latest version. If you have purchased your license in the last 12 months, then you are entitled to a free upgrade and you can request a new key by emailing us with your company name. Upgrading to the latest version is optional, but is highly recommended as the latest version will usually contain enhancements and bug fixes. Installing the latest version on top of an older base version without obtaining a new key will invalidate the program and make it default to the demonstration version with limited functionality (however, no data will be lost).


Retailman Networked User

Add network users to the Retailman POS to allow your staff to work on your local area network simultaneously.You only need to install Retailman on one computer, then create shortcuts on the network computers to point to the Rman program which will allow the users to access the same database at the same time, you can have up to 99 users working on Retailman at the same time.
